Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what information nycpaula.com ("the Site," "we," "us") collects, why we collect it, and how it's handled. The Site is a portfolio and consulting website; it does not sell products, run ads, or require visitors to create an account. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the contact form.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The area you're interested in (writing, community management consulting, people management consulting, workshops, or other)
- The message you write describing your project or inquiry
We only collect what's in the form fields above. We don't ask for payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this Site, and you shouldn't send any through the message field either.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and general device information) may be logged automatically by our hosting provider and by the third-party form processor described below, as a standard part of how the internet works. This Site does not use analytics software, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies to monitor your browsing behavior.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to the inquiry or message you submitted
- To follow up about a potential writing, consulting, or workshop collaboration
- To keep a basic record of prospective and past collaborations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
How Your Information Is Shared
Your contact form submission is sent directly to Paula's inbox through Netlify Forms, the form processing service built into this Site's hosting. That service handles the technical delivery of your message and may briefly store submission data, including your IP address, as part of its own standard operation; it is not used by us for any other purpose. This Site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process limited technical or request data as part of serving those fonts.
Aside from these two service providers, we do not share your information with any other company, platform, or individual, except where required to do so by law.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the collaboration, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business and professional inquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
Your Rights & Choices
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have on file for your submission
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our records
To make any of these requests, contact paularosenbergnyc@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this Site, including relying on reputable, security-conscious third-party providers for form processing and hosting. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the Site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
