Hi, I'm Paula.

I've spent my career at the intersection of storytelling and people, translating information into stories that resonate with audiences and executives, and helping teams build cultures where people feel seen and valued.

I don't believe in fitting people into a corporate box. Whether I'm writing a feature, coaching a first-time manager, or building out a community from scratch, it starts with understanding who you are and what you actually need, not what a template says you should want.

Outside of work: I've lived in NYC for almost two decades, and it's home. My secret superpower is building the perfect Big Apple itinerary for anyone based on their interests. I'm also a travel junkie, foodie, theater, film, and museum buff. I'm an avid home cook and Brand Ambassador for Sur La Table. I volunteer at my local animal shelter and with various animal welfare and rescue organizations. I live in Manhattan with my partner and two rescue rabbits.

I'm professional and hold my own in a room with C-suite members, but I never lose my sense of whimsy, wonder, and joy. Being my authentic self gets me a seat at the right tables for me.
